**We provide a 3-wire cord attached to the ballast / transformer inside the display case. When installing you should use a licensed electrician / installer to bring power to the display. The installer will best decide where to exit the hardwire provided (we do not provide an exit hole as we feel its best for the installer to decide the best exit point for power supply).

TOP
LIGHTING (ONE SIDE)
For this option we place an LED strip light on the top side
of the interior display case. The light will shine downward onto the interior case, highlighting
the contents inside.
TWO LONGER SIDES
For
this option we place an LED strip light along the 2 longer sides of the interior display case. The
light will shine from 2 sides of the interior case, bringing more highlighting to the contents
inside.
INSIDE PERIMETER (ALL 4 SIDES).
For
this option we place an LED strip light along the entire Perimeter of the interior display case.
The light will shine from all 4 sides of the interior case, bringing more light intensity to the
contents being displayed inside.

Eco-Friendly, Outdoor Letter Board 22 x 28 size has a viewable window to display 22x28 messages. The overall enclosed outdoor Message center outer case is larger than the overall cabinet size.

Recycled Plastic Lumber gives this outdoor information board the edge over other real wood display cases. This locking left-hinged cabinet is a Faux Wood Polyethylene Constructed enclosed letter board display case impervious to Water, Chemicals & Insects. And unlike natural wood framed message and directory boards, its cabinet will never Rot, Crack, Split or Decay.
Weather Resistant and Made for the Outdoors. Designed with bottom cabinet WEEP HOLES to help drain any water and side vents that help dissipate and reduce condensation buildup. It also has a finished back panel that adds structural integrity and a slanted roof rain shield.

Included with each Outdoor Message Letter Board 22x28 is a free Spru Letter Set with 3/4" white plastic letters to fit into the black letter board panel. You can purchase additional letter sets when ordering letter boards. When choosing a vinyl letter board color, black and white plastic letters are available in a popular Helvetica font style in a variety of sizes: 1/2" 3/4", 1", 2" 3". They are designed to be inserted into standard manufactured 1/4" grooved display panels.
Custom plastic letter sets in cheery and lively colors: Orange, Blue, Green, Yellow, Silver, Gold, and Red are available. Call for info and quote.
Left-Sided Hinged Door and Front CAM Lock
The 22" x 28" outdoor enclosed letter board single door features a solid continuous left-sided hinge allowing the outdoor information board to open and close easily and lock securely. A Front Frame Door CAM Lock and Break Resistant Acrylic Window helps protect the message display board from unwanted tampering.

1 Year Limited Warranty
(Magnuson-Moss Act Applies)
This product is warranted against all defects in material or workmanship for a period of ONE YEAR from the date of the original purchase. This warranty does not cover replacement due to customer misuse or abuse.
Products to be found defective in material or workmanship within this period of time will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of the manufacturer. The defective product, however, must be returned by the customer prepaid for examination and inspection. Once repaired or replaced, outbound shipping costs will be incurred and charged to the customer.
Limitations
Manufacturer is not responsible for repair or replacement of product(s) subjected to abuse, unintended use or impairs caused as a result of the following:
- Unauthorized repairs, accident, alteration, misuse, neglect, fire, and flood or product impair resulting from wide-ranging field wear and tear such as chips or tarnish over time.
- Altered, modified, misused, vandalized or improperly installed products.
Please call our customer service for a RMA # (return authorization number). No returns for warranty related issues will be accepted without such authorization.
Return & Exchange Policy
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange the item, please contact us within 30 DAYS of receipt of your purchase. Items must be returned in new, unused and resalable condition, and in its original box / packaging. This product is subject to a restocking fee if returned for any reasons other than damage. A credit will be issued upon proof of return shipping and inspection of the item less a 30% restock fee including any return shipping costs. All custom orders are non-returnable unless defective in material or workmanship. All Orders exceeding a subtotal of $2,500, or with any customizations, are deemed non-returnable.

We ship to most places throughout Canada, but please be aware that there is additional transit time when shipping your order. Standard Freight Delivery Lead Time
Larger, heavier items, or large volume orders will be delivered via freight carrier. Standard freight service ONLY includes delivery of your order to the curbside. Most large non-Fedex/UPS-able products are shipped tailgate delivery.
This is the most economical delivery available. It means the driver will bring the product to the back of the truck. A raised dock is required so that a fork-lift or pallet jack can be used to off load the shipment. Someone from your facility will be responsible to bring the item(s) into your building, office or home.
COMMERCIAL Basic FREE Freight Delivery (Standard Service) ($0.00)
Only for a Commercial location which has a raised commercial loading dock, a 48" high loading dock, for receiving truck/freight trailers and has a pallet jack or fork lift for unloading the truck.
RESIDENTIAL Freight Delivery (Residential Lift-Gate Service) ($125.00)
*This selection is mandatory for all Freight Items shipping to a Residential Address. A special smaller truck to access residential streets with Lift-Gate are required for residential deliveries.

Shipment will be moved by the carrier to just inside the nearest door or entrance without any steps. May not be suitable for large items or very fragile display cases. Carrier may still need some assistance.
Premium Freight Delivery (Inside Service to Exact Location)($450.00)
For locations without a 48" high loading dock. Two person delivery. Truck used for delivery will have a Lift-Gate used to lower the shipment to ground level. Shipment will be moved inside to a specific location. Please ensure that all doors and pathways are large enough for the product(s) ordered. Shipment will be unpacked and packing materials will be removed. Delivery by appointment.
